For our client we are looking for a person who fits in the role right in-between marketing and development. The core of your activities will be converting working static designs, by sometimes using JavaScript in order to be able to realise the ideas. You and your team will make the best use of AB-testing in order to be sure that only the best designs will be implemented. Our client has multiple web shops, which can still use some improvements. Due to the required improvements they are able to offer you a position as web developer, where you can make the difference within an international organisation. As a web developer you will be part of the e-business marketing team and you are one of the linking-pins to the development teams. What we expect from you? - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering; - 3+ years of software development experience in IT companies; - Clean coding; - Great communication skills, in order to be able to communicate with different kind of colleagues, such as marketers and back-end developers; - Excellent knowledge about and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery code; - Experience with setting up a SEO friendly code; - Knowledge about accessibility standards, such as WAI; - Good spoken and written English language knowledge.
